Tile Adhesive (Brute)

BRUTE Tile Adhesive is cement based thin bed bonding adhesive and concrete wall renders. It is suitable for fixing off all types of ceramic, mosaic tiles to concrete wall and floor, both interior and exterior use with good workability. Brute is recommended for renders (palitada) that avoid future delamination (kapak) and is suitable for bathrooms, living and dining halls, shopping malls, mess halls etc. and places where tiling is required.

Application:

Step 1: Clean the surface thoroughly with water (To saturate and lower temperature up to 25°C)

Step 2: Add water to mix. Let it stand for 3 to 5 mins then re-stir DO NOT ADD WATER AFTER MIXTURE IS SET

Ratio: 5.5L water: 25 kgs. Tile Adhesive

Step 3: Apply Mortabond as screed for approximately 3mm THICK using RIBBED SIDE of the notched trowel

Step 4: Apply tile to set firmly by moving the tile BACK AND FORTH to cover the entire back bed tile to avoid future delamination.

Step 5: Let it dry. (Grout may be applied the following day)

Do not add filters or admixtures to mix that might weaken the property of the product.
